Directions to desk

The SIXT office is located at VIA GIOLITTI, right side of the Termini Station, in the car rental company areas: for customer arriving by train it is on the left side, instead of customer that are in front of the Termini main entrance will find the station on the right. The Sixt station is marked by orange signs and accessibale by the internal foyer of car rental area. Car keys will be delivered at the Sixt station and cars colected in Piazza dei Cincecento, just in front of the Termini station, 100 metres far.

ACCEPTED: American Express, MasterCard (not prepaid), Visa (not prepaid). Debit card not accepted unless otherwise stated below. Credit card(s) must be valid for up to 6 months after the rental has ended. NOT ACCEPTED: No other payment types will be accepted. A valid credit card in the first name and surname (no abbreviations) of the lead driver must be presented at the rental desk in order to pre-authorise/charge a deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed and a PIN number may be required. In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card, there is a lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card or the credit card is not in the lead driver's name, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

Drivers Age

25 to 99 Years

Young Drivers Age: 21 to 24 Years Charge 21 EUR per Day Includes 22% Tax

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to rent a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that, if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

Please note that customers intending to travel across country/state borders or to different islands within the same country should contact the Rental Company directly prior to pick up to advise of their travel plans.
